We are looking for a Junior Brand Coordinator to join our Brand team in Espoo and play a key role in collaborating in different areas!

You will be supporting transmedia and game teams working on different projects and making sure there's alignment in all brand objectives. Additionally, you will support coordinating with external agencies, content creators, and brand partners, providing key insights and recommendations based on brand performance metrics. You will also work on production plans, timelines, budgets, and communications, collaborating with various stakeholders across the teams.

You will have impact and fun at work by doing:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of our brand projects that are on the tactical & strategic roadmaps, such as brand marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and game partnerships.

  • Take care of internal and external communication & update budget plans and project timelines.

  • Work closely with our external agencies, brand partners, and content creators to secure smooth project management and communication between stakeholders.

  • Support in marketing and video content creation with production plans, timelines, and budget management.

  • Monitor and report brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Provide background material, data, and information for pitch decks, presentations, and strategy documents.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Some experience in brand management, marketing, communications, business operations, or equivalent.

  • Experience with large-scale project management.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a global fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of marketing strategies, brand partnerships, and basic content production processes.

  • Great internal and external communication skills.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • Experience with simple budget management or similar.

  • A degree or education from a relevant field: business, marketing, etc.

  • Familiarity with the gaming industry.
