Rockstar Games is seeking a Workplace Technician to join our growing Workplace Team. This is a full-time, in-person position to be based in Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in downtown Manhattan.

WHAT WE DO

  • The Workplace Services team is responsible for ensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and programs work harmoniously to support the core business.

  • We create a supportive and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar.

  • We manage and develop operational services and programs, including maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, mail services, space utilization, and strategy.

  • We ensure the studios comply with all relevant compliance and legislation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively and efficiently find, allocate, prioritize, and fix issues related to studio space.

  • Perform routine maintenance walk-throughs on the building and schedule necessary support.

  • Manage vendor scheduling, ensuring all work is done to a high standard.

  • Utilize trackers and internal management tools to produce reports for the WPS team and other support teams.

  • Support customer service initiatives through streamlining ServiceNow ticket requests.

  • Help build a safe and comfortable environment for staff and visitors by partnering with business support teams.

  • Collaborate with the team to revise, document and create more efficient facility procedures.

  • Undertake ad-hoc duties to maintain the building and facilities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout all Rockstar studios.

  • Supervise vendors and visitors throughout the space when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Well organized, possessing the ability to work well under pressure and with attention to detail.

  • High level of computer literacy, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and Visio.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge and understanding of building management and operations.

  • Previous experience successfully working independently and within a group.

  • Ability to self-motivate and independently prioritize initiatives with minimal guidance.

  • Ability to work overtime and flexible off-peak hours as needed.

SKILLS

  • Ability to manage priorities, be flexible and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work on a variety of projects with an emphasis on proactivity, and critical thinking.

  • Passion for creating safe spaces and learning new skills.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

$50,000—$65,000 USD
