As a Sr. Program Manager on the Recruiting Programs team, you will manage a variety of transformational programs that accelerate our ability to attract, hire and retain top talent. You will enhance our enablement strategy, guide operational insights and design solutions that power Roblox's vision to create shared experiences that deepen positive human connection

This is a full-time role based in our San Mateo, CA office, working a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Recruiting Programs.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with others to identify, scope and lead our internal mobility strategy and develop solutions that support our ability to attract and retain top talent internally.

  • Conduct an in-depth needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities that reduce bias, promote efficiency and equip teams with the ability to attract and evaluate candidates at scale.

  • Establish and define metrics, goals, and success of our programs.

  • Report and use performance data, behavioral trends and industry knowledge to guide improvements across the full enablement experience.

  • Turn insights to action and ensure consistency, support and adoption of our program goals through regular communication and reporting frameworks.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations and demonstrated experience initiating and managing complex programs inclusive of communication and change management plans.

  • Knowledge of training methodologies and experience establishing training strategies, building enablement programs, creating and documenting content and overseeing multiple communication channels.

  • Proficiency with pulling and interpreting data from recruiting tools and can use insights to develop solutions autonomously.

  • Experience collaborating with varying levels of audiences, team members and partners to achieve desired outcome

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$192,840 — $236,210 USD
