As a Technical Producer III (Initiative Delivery Lead) on Tools & Engine, you will lead the initiative in creating sustainable & efficient development processes to deliver upgraded tools, platform & engine features that unlock our ability to deliver more to players. You will partner with your Initiative Product Lead to drive collaboration with teams on Tech Foundations and Player Platform to provide stakeholders and customers with visibility on complex deliverables. Ensuring the team’s work at a sustainable pace and continuous improvement. This role will report into TFT’s Head of Delivery.
Responsibilities:
Own the initiative work system for teams (rituals, tracking, reporting, and partner management) and the Leadership team
Drive the creation of product and feature roadmaps
Hold teams accountable for delivering on their commitments
Ensure strategic alignment between Tools & Engine work and TFT objectives
Ensure teams are staffed efficiently and funded appropriately
Maintain a predictable and measurable capacity for the team’s work throughput
Mentor team level producers and grow their craft and capabilities
Ensure optimal team health, culture, and efficiency
Create and contribute ideas to areas beyond your immediate ownership across different teams and disciplines
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager, or Development Manager on medium to large technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational leadership, ability to refine technical product vision
Experience applying Agile and Lean development processes at scale
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in game development or a good understanding of how artists, engineers, and game designers build assets and game features for a modern game
Experience working with teams building engine capabilities or gameplay features
Experience working with teams building software for backend services

(Los Angeles Only) Base salary range between $173,100.00 - $241,100.00 USD + incentive compensation + equity + 401K with company match + medical, dental, vision, and life insurance + short and long-term disability + open PTO.
