The Role:
As a Senior Producer at Red Rover Interactive, you will be a key player in shaping the future of PvP Survival gaming. You will provide strategic leadership, ensuring the timely and successful development and delivery of our games while maintaining budget and scope requirements.
Oversee the entire production process from pre-production to game release.
Work with project directors and management to provide strategic direction and vision for our gaming projects.
Manage project resources, including budget, staffing, and schedules, to drive optimal results.
Proactively assess and manage risks, deploying effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, inspiring them to achieve project objectives and exceed expectations.
Promote effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing among team members.
Engage with external partners, such as publishers and contractors, to foster strong relationships and optimize project development.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Finding ways to optimize processes and accelerate delivery cycles.
We are looking for someone who:
Proven track record as a Senior or Executive Producer in the gaming industry, with a history of delivering successful titles.
Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of production software and how to use it to the best effect. This includes Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Slack.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability and desire to get hands on with the team when needed.
Start-up or scale up experience.
Identify inter-team dependencies and areas of high risk and provide solutions to mitigate
Practical experience using different production methodologies such as Kanban, waterfall, and Scrum
Experience of Live-ops or continuous delivery experience is preferential
Experience working in multi-studio teams
In addition, we expect you to have:
Extensive experience in game development, with a comprehensive understanding of design, art, programming, and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and software.
A deep passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering exceptional player experiences.
