Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Partner with the Global Marketing and manage regional team to drive awareness, engagement and sales growth across Brazil and Hispanic Latin American markets as Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and others.
Lead a team of internal staff and external service providers to deliver impactful marketing results.
Position Razer Gold as the leading global and local game currency across the region and drive the launch and expansion of Razer Gold with top game titles in the region.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with key marketing channels, including media outlets, influencers, esports platforms, online portals, social media, retail, and point-of-sale opportunities.
Strategically select and manage sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and digital media campaigns.
Oversee contract approvals, promotional calendars, and campaign deliverables to ensure optimal investment and performance.
Manage regional marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI across all initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to enhance the full sales funnel, from offer definition and purchase flow to ecommerce and retail experience, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Branding, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, paid media, PR, and/or SEO/SEM.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing multiple resources and initiatives across diverse markets.
Background in gaming, payments, or entertainment industries.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a global organization.
Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Occasional travel (less than 10%) for industry events, conferences, and regional activations.
