Senior Level Designer (Match-3)

Team, about the role

We're seeking a Senior Level Designer for our projects in release and new games in development. In this role, you'll be responsible for the final quality of match-3 levels and, together with a team of experts, develop approaches to level design.

Tasks

• Creating new match-3 levels
• Evaluating and improving the quality of levels
• Participating in developing product metrics to assess the quality of levels
• Analyzing structural hypotheses for chains of levels, planning and participating in conducting A/B tests

Our stack

• Our own VSO engine, similar to Unity, which we actively develop
• A proprietary match-3 level editor
• We use Amplitude to work with analytics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creating match-3 levels
• Experience providing feedback on match-3 levels
• Extensive match-3 gaming experience, interest in casual games, and an understanding of the market

Preferred

• Mentoring experience
• Experience with A/B testing and analytics
