If your answer is yes, you could be a perfect fit for our Business Development Coordinator role available at the Knights, where you will make a real impact through your work on projects and involvement in the gaming community.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Seek new sponsors to establish long-term relationships with the company.

  • Strategically pursue new opportunities and partnerships, manage sales, promote Knights Products, and significantly increase revenue, thereby strengthening the company's market position.

  • Oversee the planning and implementation of business plans for the penetration of new markets.

  • Manage the sales and marketing functions of a business to maximize returns and expand a business brand.

  • Conduct negotiations to determine contract terms and ensure profitable deals

  • Collaborate with company top executives to set business objectives and development goals

  • Set up meetings with customers to deliver sales pitches and conduct sales of company products and services.

  • Conduct market research to identify developments/changes in industry trends in order to make necessary adjustments.

  • Establish strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their network

  • Oversee the interviewing, recruitment, and training of business development personnel

  • Review the current approach to business development and make changes where necessary

  • Assign sales quota and target to the business development team and sales/marketing units

  • Offer incentives to high-performing staff to encourage sales performance in an organization

  • Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities

  • Ensure departmental goals are in line with the company's growth strategy.

  • Update new business development activities in the CRM system

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Ideally, you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, sales, or relevant area of study

  • 1+ years of experience in Esports and the Esports/Gaming Industry is a MUST.

  • 2+ years of experience in sales at an esports company.

  • High-level organization skills

  • Previous experience in an agency (preferred).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, based on business needs.

  • Must be able to take the initiative, multi-task, and independently complete tasks and projects

  • Must maintain a positive, professional attitude always and be receptive to input and constructive criticism

  • Experience with communication / social platforms such as Discord and Linkedin

  • Experience developing presentations in Google slides; graphic design skills for proposal creation are a plus

  • Fluent in English
