Tasks

  • Supporting with the implementation of administrative processes in the Learning Management System

  • Assisting at onboarding events for new employees

  • Organization of training measures, e.g. appointment scheduling, participant management and communication, coordination with trainers, co-moderation of appointments

  • Quality management of trainings by collecting feedback via Survalyzer, conducting feedback sessions with trainers etc.

  • Creation of KPI's

  • Supporting with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master student in the field of economics, psychology or communication

  • Teamwork-orientation

  • Good communication skills and customer orientation

  • Very good written and spoken English and German language skills

  • Self-initiative action and structured working method

  • Experienced in using MS Office
