DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Leads assigned retail marketing activities for hardware, software product launches and evergreen campaigns.

  • Responsible for artwork development, program coordination, and securing internal and external approvals for various assets including in store and online.

  • Communicates with internal Nintendo departments and external partners on project status.

  • Project lead for various retail events and programs including, but not limited to retail experiential events, trade shows, consumer demo events, and associate programs.

  • Assists with the creation and management of campaign and project budgets.

  • Manages external vendor partnerships and communication for various projects.

  • Leads weekly merchandising meetings, in partnership with various internal teams and stakeholders.

  • Leads the development and management of retail premiums.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of three years of related experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Project Management experience, including internal and external reporting and communication.

  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry is helpful.

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, a related field, or equivalent

  • Formal training in marketing practices or equivalent preferred

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Relocation assistance may be available for this role.

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $64,003 - $96,004 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
