We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Display team. In this role, you will be providing technical leadership, engineering management, collaborating with SW and HW architects, designers, and engineers to help develop software for display systems.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Architect, design, and implement display driver stack for use with current and future products.

  • Develop, refine existing and future display software stack to ensure compliance with various display standards and specifications.

  • Research and champion new features/technologies capable of being successfully deployed in massively used gaming consoles.

  • Enhance overall picture quality through image processing and Tone mapping techniques.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7+ years related experience.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of real-time interactive platform technologies and industry related trends.

  • Extensive understanding of various display standards and specifications, such as HDMI, DisplayPort, EDID, etc.

  • Solid understanding of multi-core SOC devices and low-level kernel software.Excellent software design, development and debugging skills in C and C++ embedded development.

  • Experience in developing and debugging of multi-process and multi-threaded applications.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $142,133- $213,199 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
