DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Support the implementation and administration of Nintendo of America’s Privacy Program. Ensure Program’s operating effectiveness through regular education/trainings, updates, and communication to employees and other internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with internal privacy reviews and processes (including recording training activities), data privacy impact assessments and external vendor assessments.

  • Support completion of responses to consumer information access, deletion and other privacy requests that are submitted to Nintendo of America Inc. under applicable data protection law.

  • Support privacy team activities such as cookie consent management, children’s online privacy issues (i.e., administration of Nintendo’s COPPA Safe Harbor program) and other privacy and data protection-related activities that are designed to ensure the company meets its privacy compliance obligations.

  • Assist with the filing and administration of contract records. May include drafting certain form agreements and interacting with members of the legal team, the business, and third parties.

  • May provide support for the payment and processing of invoices, including routing invoices for approval, distributing reports, and interacting with the accounts payable and IT teams.

  • Provide other administrative support, as needed.

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of related experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of issues and procedures associated with specialty area.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Computer word processing, database and spreadsheet skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

This contract position has a base pay range of $24 - $34 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year. All benefits are subject to elections, eligibility requirements, plan and program terms.
