Tasks
Developing and implementing of product PR plans and central PR campaigns for AA titles and AAA titles as required
Preparation and timely delivery of all European PR assets, including press releases, fact sheets, and supporting documents
Liaising with global Nintendo teams & internal stakeholders to ensure cohesion in activities relating to individual projects
Providing day-to-day support to local market territories on product-related topics and providing feedback on activities
Monitoring media reactions on individual product campaigns and identifying possible opportunities for course-correction or amplification
Requirements
University degree (or comparable qualification) in the field of media, communications, marketing or comparable
Proven work experience in PR, copy editing or gaming journalism
Solid understanding of PR/communications and journalism
Understanding of crisis communication
Deep knowledge of digital as well as traditional media communication channels and tools
Good understanding of Nintendo products and corporate vision, as well as general gaming industry and media landscape knowledge
Impeccable communication skills and excellent English language skills; an additional language such as Japanese or a European language is a plus
