Tasks

Processing orders from Third Party Publishers:
Proceeding and coordinating orders of publisher products
Setting up new products in SAP, checking payments and issue purchase orders in SAP to NCL, based on publisher orders
Handling publisher order related issues and inner-company related matter
Processing and coordinatng releases of publisher products in Nintendo eShop in NCMS
Handling publisher order related issues and inner-company related matter
Handling special projects related to retail and digital at retail Third Party projects

Requirements

Commercial education or degree
several years of practice in the area of order administration and processing, and material creation and maintenance on SAP
fluent in English
excellent communication skills
MS Office package
Positive customer orientation, strong capability for accurate working
Ability to work independently for assigned responsibilities
High attention to detail, taking ownership of own tasks
