DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Processes incoming and outgoing shipments for the Licensed Merchandise business
Organizes and tracks all samples coming in and out of the department
Acts as department liaison for all sample needs across the organization
Creates and maintains sample inventory tracking system
Communicates sample status and review needs with internal team members
Oversees sample storage and organization process
Tracks and resolves discrepancies between shipments and the Licensed Merchandise online system
Coordinates sample shipment requirements with NCL and other internal departments
Communicates (e.g., e-mail, video conference) with regional teams during global working hours as needed
Supports various interdepartmental personnel
Keeps complete and thorough records of communications related to active, inactive, and completed projects
Special projects as assigned
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of related Licensing experience or similar
Proficiency in PC & MS Office Suite skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in Adobe a plus
Knowledge of contract and royalty management systems preferred
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills necessary
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities
Ability to collaborate and build trust with partners and colleagues
Knowledge of Nintendo franchises, characters, and intellectual property/video game industry a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Frequent lifting or carrying 1-25 lbs. and occasional lifting or carrying 1-35 lbs. bending, twisting, standing and reaching, continuous pushing or pulling with 1-50lbs of force
Frequent to constant standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time
Able to work fluctuating schedule as needed based on workload or changing priorities

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This contract position has a base pay range of $22 - $32 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year.
