DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Fulfils transactions for purchase order activity, direct to consumer orders, order inquiry and orders available to allocate
Works with internal customers to coordinate end-to-end logistics of finished goods, retail replenishment orders, new product releases, and marketing initiatives
Facilitates all outbound shipments from NOA, Nintendo of Canada (NOCL), and third-party logistics providers (3PL's)
Proactively coordinates movement of cargo to ensure timely delivery at most competitive price
Ensures customer expectations are met by proactively monitoring and reporting on “time sensitive” shipments to avoid service failures and conducting continuous improvement to gain efficiency
May require flexible schedule to support internal departments for critical business needs as it pertains to trade show (setup and teardown) logistic activities
Supports Supply Chain Operations scheduling appointments for inbound freight from vendors and returns
Facilitates inventory moves from suppliers to 3rd party locations
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:
One to three years of related experience
In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain (Logistics, Production, and Distribution Operations)
Ability to manage complex Supply Chain distribution projects
Experience with scheduling shipments for Distribution Center and 3PL providers
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, IBM iSeries, Oracle EBS, Transportation Management System
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Undergraduate degree in related field or the equivalent combination of: education, training, and/or experience in a related field

This contract position has a base pay range of $32 - $48 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency.
