DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Fulfils transactions for purchase order activity, direct to consumer orders, order inquiry and orders available to allocate

  • Works with internal customers to coordinate end-to-end logistics of finished goods; retail replenishment orders, new product releases, and retail ad support orders

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and advises on launch planning and scheduling of new product launches

  • Facilitates all outbound shipments from NOA, Nintendo of Canada (NOCL), and third-party logistics providers(3PL's)

  • Facilitates carrier capacity through planning meetings for launch releases along with peak shipping periods

  • Creates, distributes and analyzes request for proposals for obtaining carrier capacity for finished goods shipping along with competitive rate structure between all service offerings

  • Ensures customer expectations are met by proactively monitoring and reporting on “time sensitive” shipments to avoid service failures

  • Develops and maintains carrier key performance indicators (KPIs) to make recommendations regarding contract renewal

  • Supports Credit Department with investigating carrier and customer claims

  • Supports Supervisor, Supply Chain Planning and Performance on logistics issues including: transportation, carrier maintenance, rates, routes, equipment needs and service levels attainment

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • One to three years of related experience

  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain (Logistics, Production, and Distribution Operations)

  • Ability to manage complex Supply Chain distribution projects (trade show & white glove coordination)

  • Experience with scheduling shipments for Distribution Center and 3PL providers

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, IBM iSeries and Oracle EBS

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills

  • Undergraduate degree in related field or the equivalent combination of: education, training, and/or experience in a related field

This position is onsite in North Bend, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This position includes a base salary range of $66,590 - $99,886 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
