Tasks
Supporting management by conducting analyses on performance, profitability and progress of projects including research and cost estimations
Channelling related communication between Nintendo of Europe’s Finance department as well as Nintendo Corporate Limited (Japan)
Budgeting, controlling and allocation of costs, handling of invoices in compliance with reporting duties and escalation procedures
Supporting manpower planning processes
Maintaining normal function of the project tracking tool (CATS), improving its system structure and correcting of project tracking of staff
Requirements
Very good command of English
Japanese at a business-fluent level
Team-oriented, strong customer focused, excellent conceptual and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, in particular MS Excel
Experience with MS Excel VBA, MS Power Query, MS Power Automate and SAP (CATS/ERP) would be a plus
Affinity and experience with numbers and complex correlations
