Tasks

  • Conducting standard reports, ad-hoc reports as well as monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting

  • Responsible for regular KPI reporting and Dashboard reporting

  • Optimizing, enhancing and developing the European HR Controlling function

  • Key User Responsibility for various SAP HCM modules like PCP, OM and Reporting & Controlling

  • Supporting HR projects as well as the implementation of new HR modules

  • Supporting the Senior HR Reporting & Controlling Specialist in regards to all HR Reporting and Controlling

Requirements

  • Commercial education or study of Business Administration, ideally with HR or Finance background

  • First work experience in the area of HR, Finance, management reporting, databases or statistics

  • Excellent knowledge in Excel; VBA would be a plus

  • Very good English language skills and good German language skills

  • SAP HCM experience would be beneficial as well as Microsoft Power BI

  • Affinity for HR figures and creativity to analyse and visualise HR data in reports and dashboards

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
