Tasks
Maintaining SAP roles and authorisations in the SAP systems
User-based analyses and management of SAP authorisations
Coordinating external service partners for support in SAP roles and authorisation management
Consulting business departments in SAP roles and authorisation-related topics
Maintenance, optimization and technical integration of the SAP roles and authorisation concept
Continuous improvement of the SAP roles and authorisation concepts by considering actual compliance regulations
Close cooperation with other IT teams on IT security, IT controls and general controls
Requirements
Degree in IT/business informatics or related field or several years of equivalent professional experience
Experience in the area of roles and authorisations management in the area of SAP ERP (additional systems would be a plus)
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (in particular Excel)
Willingness to continuously improve knowledge in the area of SAP roles and authorisations
Very good communication and presentation skills
Very good written and spoken English (German would be a plus)
Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance tools for SAP would be a plus
