  • Maintaining SAP roles and authorisations in the SAP systems

  • User-based analyses and management of SAP authorisations

  • Coordinating external service partners for support in SAP roles and authorisation management

  • Consulting business departments in SAP roles and authorisation-related topics

  • Maintenance, optimization and technical integration of the SAP roles and authorisation concept

  • Continuous improvement of the SAP roles and authorisation concepts by considering actual compliance regulations

  • Close cooperation with other IT teams on IT security, IT controls and general controls


  • Degree in IT/business informatics or related field or several years of equivalent professional experience

  • Experience in the area of roles and authorisations management in the area of SAP ERP (additional systems would be a plus)

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (in particular Excel)

  • Willingness to continuously improve knowledge in the area of SAP roles and authorisations

  • Very good communication and presentation skills

  • Very good written and spoken English (German would be a plus)

  • Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance tools for SAP would be a plus
