Tasks
Performing check and posting of incoming invoices for our European locations in line with external regulations and internal guidelines
Preparing weekly payment runs
Communicating and corresponding with suppliers
Entering and maintaining vendor master data
Supervising open positions
Accounting reconciliation
Supporting month-end closing with a focus on revenue and cost-of-sales
Requirements
Commercial education or study of Business Administration, ideally with finance and accounting background
Several years of experience in Accounts payable in an international environment
Deep understanding of accounting and financial principles like IFRS
Relevant working experience in management reporting area and its systems/tools and KPIs
Good knowledge of SAP ERP (CO, FI)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent German and English communication skills
Team player, strong customer focus, excellent conceptual and analytical skills
