As a project based Senior Immersive Producer, reporting to the Brand Experience Studio Director, you will be responsible for leading the end to end production and launch of a seasonal immersive gaming world on a Nike Platform partner.

Standing up and Leading the workstreams across agency production partners, our internal studio and in coordination with our Platform Partners. You’ll bring strong production and gaming development methodologies to the project, enabling the team do deliver a best in class immersive gaming experience.

You will coordinate all production spending across multiple workstreams, ensuring the team and project maintain budgets and schedules. With an emphasis on driving the best possible outcomes and staying true in delivering the creative vision.

Leading Projects

  • Drive production of multidisciplinary experiences, rooted in gaming on global platforms.

  • Define tactical requirements and scope for projects to help plan and resource the season.

  • Shore up agency partners and experts to deliver against project scope

  • Supervise production tactics, spending and timelines, anticipating the risk of over spending or missing key dates and escalating and leading solutions as needed.

Driving Best Practice

  • Reinforcing production standard methodologies, leading project team to find the most impactful outlets

  • Working closely with finance, procurement, business affairs, legal and business partners to ensure we follow the most up-to-date working practices – with a solution-orientated mind to solve any challenges we face along the way.

Partners and Creative Network

  • Proactively build a diverse and inclusive network of agencies and creatives – always looking for the best partners for us to collaborate with.

  • Define and nurture partnerships with external agencies and production partners ensuring that strong relationships are built with clear expectations and services outlined.

  • Within the Studio’s center of excellence, you will work closely and partner with the leadership team to drive purpose and land vision with our team.

  • You will work closely with our Creative and Studio Management Leadership team, to plan project workload and drive ground level resourcing for your project.

  • You will form close connections with our Global and Geo partners to share and build consistencies where there is opportunity and advantage to create room to collaborate. Outside of Brand Creative, you’ll collaborate closely with Marketing Operations, Finance, Procurement, Business Affairs, and Legal teams to drive transparency and inputs on your project(s).


  • 8-10 years of experience functioning as a hands on Senior Producer or Executive Producer across a portfolio of high profile brands and platforms concurrently.

  • Broad and deep knowledge of production methodologies for emerging platforms – with an emphasis on Gaming Development. Experience producing AR, immersive experiences, motion content, as well as traditional areas of creative production highly encouraged.

  • A strong background producing in multi-disciplinary studios focused on Visual, Motion, Interaction and Experiential Design combined with solid working knowledge of how to deliver against today’s digital channels, platforms and emerging technologies.

  • Knowledge of Development

  • Comfortable working under deadlines, responding to shifting priorities, schedules, and deliverables across multiple work streams.

  • Deep network of production partners, specialized creatives freelancers and agencies

  • Ability to negotiate and form consensus, define and drive action items

  • Demonstrable ability to develop complex project roadmaps and production resource plans

  • Skilled at clearly and concisely communicating information across large, distributed teams

  • Strong leadership skills and the temperament of a leader: self-awareness, flexibility, receptivity, resilience, empathy.

  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and have strong prioritization skills - Proactive, with a bias for action, and a growth mindset.
