We are looking for an Executive Producer to help lead teams to develop new products, and improve existing games!
The Executive Producer will be responsible for the day to day management and execution of Production related activities for multiple games in the Microsoft Casual Games portfolio across numerous platforms, including Windows, HTML5/Web, iOS, Android, and others. You will manage the relationships with multiple internal and external development teams. You will own products from inception to post-launch, including all aspects of the assigned portfolio of products. You will manage a team of internal Microsoft Producers across several projects, balancing and prioritizing the work-load between the producers as well as yourself. You will work closely with Monetization, Design, Marketing, Ad Operations and Microsoft Casual Gaming Leadership teams to deliver results across the portfolio.
The Microsoft Casual Games Studio is focused on delivering casual games for Windows, Mobile Platforms, Web and beyond.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership
Own a set of games to be developed, released and supported across Windows, iOS, Android, Web Platforms and beyond
Develop new Gameplay patterns for new platforms
Create performance KPI’s for all assigned products
Track and Report development efforts and title performance against defined KPI’s
Create and maintain project tracking documents across all projects
Manage relationships with internal development partners
Help make decisions regarding future development partners
Drive Milestone Acceptance and Partner Work Approval processes
Prove a commitment to quality, balancing schedule concerns with product quality
Internal Development
Own the internal development team backlog for a team of 4-10 developers
Work to prioritize the internal backlog across multiple products, platforms and releases
Manage day-to-day development with Producers assigned to each product
Build, Manage & Maintain relationships with internal partners on a variety of initiatives involving Microsoft Casual Games Properties
Coordinate with Ad Development and Operations teams
Coordinate with Microsoft Casual Games Marketing team
Coordinate with Business Development and Legal teams across multiple products
Coordinate with Business Management team on reporting results
Work to update, refine, and improve processes and procedures to help all teams work efficiently on multiple fronts simultaneously
Work to optimize work-flows with partner teams within Microsoft including Test, Loc, Community, User Acquisition, etc.
Work to optimize work-flows and processes with our external development partners

Qualifications
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
OR equivalent experience.
Experience with releasing and iterating casual games
Experience with analyzing BI to make business & game operations decisions
Experience with managing and coaching others

Game Producers M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
