必备项目经验 (Required Project Experience)

• 传感器与运动数据处理经验：参与过包含空间运动传感器（如 IMU、陀螺仪、加速度计等）的项目，具备数据采集、信号解析与姿态解算（如四元数/欧拉角转换）的实际操作经验。
• 人机交互（HCI）与算法优化经验：参与过新型输入设备、交互方式的探索或预研项目，有致力于提升用户操作精度或降低操作疲劳度的相关经验。有过多维度输入信号融合（Sensor Fusion）或算法调优经验，能够处理并优化多通道输入的协同问题。
• 游戏输入与控制逻辑项目经验（加分项）：了解或参与过移动端游戏（尤其是 FPS 射击类）中“陀螺仪辅助瞄准”功能的底层实现、算法优化或逆向分析项目。参与过 PC 或主机端游戏控制器（鼠标、手柄）驱动层开发或辅助控制程序的编写。

人员技能与素质要求 (Personnel Skills & Qualifications)

【专业技术技能】

• 数学与算法基础：具备扎实的数学功底，熟悉空间几何、线性代数、运动学；熟悉常用滤波与平滑算法（如卡尔曼滤波、互补滤波等），能够有效处理传感器带来的数据抖动、漂移和延迟问题。
• 编程能力：熟练掌握 C/C++ 或 Python，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础；具备良好的代码习惯。
• 底层与系统知识（加分项）：了解 Windows / OS 底层输入机制（如 Raw Input API 等），或熟悉主流游戏引擎（Unity / Unreal Engine）的 Input System。

【领域认知与综合素质】

• 重度 FPS 游戏玩家核心加分：热爱并在多款主流射击游戏（如 CS2, Valorant, Apex Legends, PUBG 等）中有深入体验。对游戏中的高级操作机制（如拉枪、甩狙、压枪、爆头线微调等）有深刻的个人理解和肌肉记忆。
• 极致的操作感知力：对游戏外设（鼠标、手柄等）的手感、响应速度和精确度有极其敏锐的感知，追求“像素级”的控制精度。
• 用户同理心与创新思维：能够将玩家在游戏过程中遇到的操作痛点（如“最后一毫米”的瞄准瓶颈、高频大幅度操作带来的疲劳）转化为技术语言，并提出具备创新性的交互解决思路。
• 学习与沟通：具备极强的自我驱动力、快速学习新技术的意愿以及良好的跨职能（软硬件/产品）沟通能力。
