Leetify helps gamers track and share their accomplishments.

We provide our users with data-driven post-match reports for the matches they play in competitive video games. Our match reports help users understand how they perform, celebrate their best plays, and compare accomplishments with their friends.

• We've got great traction in our first game (Counter-Strike). Our CS product is used by more than 200k players every month and that user base is growing rapidly. Our users are extremely enthusiastic about the product we're building and we're keen to continue delivering a great product for them.

About the role

As Leetify ventures into the League of Legends universe, this role will be key in transforming Leetify’s vision into an actual product that delivers value for the LoL community. In this role, you will be among the first members of the LoL team, and you will be vital in shaping the future of the LoL app and Leetify as a company.

You will join the LoL team which will originally comprise a PM, a designer and two developers before growing over time. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with this exceptional team to build a product from the ground up. You will also keep in touch with the community through our Discord, making sure that the features you build deliver value and users’ needs are listened to.

Summary of responsibilities

• Take ownership and fully develop parts of the LoL Leetify app based on the roadmap managed by the LoL Product Manager
• Listen to feedback and engage with our active Discord community and other LoL communities
• Keep an eye on product metrics, to make sure you're making the right product choices and discuss this with the rest of the LoL team
• Collaborate with the CS dev team to make sure the LoL app runs smoothly in parallel to the CS one

About you

You are a talented and experienced full stack Javascript developer (preferably experienced in other languages too) and with a passion for gaming, particularly League of Legends. You play and have played a large amount of LoL and have a deep understanding of champions, epics, gameplay mechanics, the LoL universe and community. You are interested in what users have to say and are interested in communicating with users on Discord if they come across anything not working in your or any of your colleagues’ code.

You are a motivated person that is passionate about coding and building things, and you have been doing it for some time now. You probably have tried to build a product before, or have been building things here and there as side projects. You take pride in your work and producing things that deliver value to users. You know that 80% of the value is delivered with 20% of the effort, and you are okay with delivering that.

You have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate your thought process and any issues in the code. You are able to work independently while collaborating with other developers and team members, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You are enthusiastic to contribute to the team efforts. Some of the things you build will not see the light of day or will not be carried on if users are not interested in them, but that’s fine with you and you move on to the next feature to build and test.
