Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your vehicle modeling and texturing skills.

• Proven experience in a leadership or senior artist role.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max (preferably), Maya or Blender.

• Expertise in creating PBR materials and shaders.

• Solid understanding of vehicle design and its's aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for video games and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Vehicle Artist, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented artists to create detailed and visually stunning vehicle models.

• Collaborate with the art director and other department leads to ensure the art aligns with the game's vision and style.

• Create and maintain high-quality 3D vehicle models, textures, and shaders.

• Optimize assets for in-game performance and efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and share your expertise with the team.

• Help establish and maintain artistic pipelines and standards.
