Overview

Kythera AI is beginning its search for a talented Marketing Specialist to work with our Head of Product and Growth. This is a fast-paced role in which you will research, develop and implement marketing campaigns for our suite of games AI services. We’re looking for someone with marketing acumen who can craft compelling copy (preferably with graphic design and/or video skills, too). Familiarity with audience research, audience segmentation, and the sales funnel process would also be beneficial.

As a hybrid/remote-first company, it’s essential that you have strong communication, interpersonal, and remote working skills in order to collaborate effectively with your supervisor and the rest of the team. You’ll need to be proactive about solving problems and comfortable with asking questions when necessary. Lastly, personal initiative, time management skills, and the ability to multi-task will be key for success!

Your duties will include:

Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
Monitoring and engaging with relevant communities on social media platforms
Delivering state-of-the-field reports on marketing trends and competitive analysis
Supporting the Head of Product and Growth with tasks, such as screening leads and assisting with client follow-up
Coordinating details related to our presence at trade shows and expos
Generating content for social media posts, emails and webpages

Experience that will aid success:

Strong experience working with digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS space
Experience with graphic design and/or video editing
Experience with CRMs, ideally Hubspot
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Experience updating website content
Knowledge of the games industry an advantage
