WORK DESCRIPTION
Working with the marketing team, assisting in the creation and management of marketing campaigns
Having extensive knowledge of social media platforms and in-depth knowledge of various digital platforms and channels relevant to the games industry
Assissting in coordinating and arranging live and virtual events (press interviews, tours, Tokyo Game Show, etc.) with press, influencers, and promotional partners
Assisting in building contacts and resources to support marketing efforts
Participating regularly in meetings as a translator to ensure that communication between Japanese and English speaking groups is seamless and that information is conveyed clearly and concisely
Supporting the creation, management, and distribution of marketing campaign assets from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, creation, approvals, and execution
Working closely with team members and external agencies outside of Tokyo, maintain global alignment in all marketing activities
Assisting the managers of social channels and websites to develop content ideas that can be used on official social media channels
REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
Excellent project management and reporting skills
Good communication skills, including verbal, written, and reporting
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant. Gaming or entertainment industry experience preferred
Familiarity with PR measurement tools such as Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
