• Working with the marketing team, assisting in the creation and management of marketing campaigns

  • Having extensive knowledge of social media platforms and in-depth knowledge of various digital platforms and channels relevant to the games industry

  • Assissting in coordinating and arranging live and virtual events (press interviews, tours, Tokyo Game Show, etc.) with press, influencers, and promotional partners

  • Assisting in building contacts and resources to support marketing efforts

  • Participating regularly in meetings as a translator to ensure that communication between Japanese and English speaking groups is seamless and that information is conveyed clearly and concisely

  • Supporting the creation, management, and distribution of marketing campaign assets from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, creation, approvals, and execution

  • Working closely with team members and external agencies outside of Tokyo, maintain global alignment in all marketing activities

  • Assisting the managers of social channels and websites to develop content ideas that can be used on official social media channels


  • Must be bilingual in Japanese and English

  • Excellent project management and reporting skills

  • Good communication skills, including verbal, written, and reporting


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant. Gaming or entertainment industry experience preferred

  • Familiarity with PR measurement tools such as Photoshop, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
