Working in a talented cross-functional team, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of new and exciting experiences for our players.

We’re currently looking for a Producer to join Candy Crush Saga’s Ads team. Candy Crush is organized in areas, each area being responsible for a part of the game. The Ads area focuses on creating unique features and experiences to make our players love ads and advertisers thrilled about being in our games. Ads is a particularly exciting space to work in: besides the challenge of engaging our players with great content, in ads we also need to deal with the underlying technology and operational architecture for a scalable Ad-tech.

You will bring an excellent track record of leading, motivating and supporting game teams, as well as developing and managing the production schedule to ensure the successful delivery of multiple game projects.

You will collaborate with the Production Lead of your area and creative and business leaders to deliver on project goals in line with King’s high standards. You will be a role model for your team and the company. You’ll champion our values and lead by example with your mindset of collaboration, rapid iteration and continuous improvement.

Your Role Within Our Kingdom

  • Partner with Product leads to understand production requirements and constraints for delivering a quality experience in a timely manner.

  • Manage and support a cross-functional team to deliver features aligned with the game's vision and performance expectations.

  • Create and maintain the production plan, working with the team and leads to execute it.

  • Coordinate and align backlogs with Product Managers and manage production dependencies.

  • Drive the team to deliver ongoing maintenance activities and address known and emerging problems and risks.

  • Ensure team health, motivation, and high performance while aligning them with clear goals connected to the game strategy.

  • Track progress, provide production overviews, and communicate status to stakeholders and leads.

Skills to Create Thrills:

  • Have contributed to the development, release and/or service operations of at least one mobile game or live mobile digital product

  • Experience in leading teams in aligning to and executing against product vision and goals

  • Able to work in and foster a team culture of trust and respect, where open feedback, accountability, and courage to fail fast and learn are the norm

  • Experience working distributed teams/development

  • Able to receive feedback openly and adjust leadership style and way of working

  • Demonstrated analytical and data-informed decision making

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Hands on experience with project tracking tools (eg. Jira, Trello, Monday or similar)
