Keywords now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager specialized in selling QA, Localization and Audio services to be a part of our Global Business Development team. Ideally based in Europe, you are going to be a key member of the team, responsible for building and growing Keywords’ relationship with assigned clients, with a specific focus on selling QA, Localization and Audio services.

This exciting role will give the successful individual the opportunity to influence and lead a critical element of our Globalize division, taking us to the next level of our strategic growth plans and accompanying our clients on the curve of innovation that QA, Localization and Audio services are going through.

The Business Development Manager will be joining a global team of highly dedicated professionals, which support Keywords’ four divisions as part of a central function. The ideal candidate has extensive experience of Localization, QA and Audio for the games industry, with demonstrable success in managing commercial relationships with clients. Direct experience of Language AI and/or testing automation solutions is a key requirement. In this role, the primary focus will be on new business generation but some account management of existing and new accounts will be involved as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Globalize division, Client Partners and Business Development Representatives to identify new prospective clients for Keywords’ Localization, QA and Audio services.

  • Develop and execute sales development strategies for these prospective clients.

  • Work with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout their lifecycle.

  • Provide customer support, managing client expectations in collaboration with the Globalize Solutions team and Portfolio Directors.

  • Attend qualified trade conferences and provide on stand support where the company is exhibiting.

  • Follow the company’s chosen sales methodology and produce all related reports.

  • Support the Portfolio Directors and delivery teams in account management where required, managing the relationship with the client, and participating in customer review meetings.

Requirements

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience in managing commercial relationships with QA, Localization and Audio games industry clients;

  • Networking and relationship-building with the ability to successfully deal with large multinational clients;

  • Ability to work as part of a central function, supporting one of the group’s divisions;

  • Ability to cooperate with a Solutions Architecture function and represent a group of services;

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization, both internally at Keywords and externally with clients;

  • Strong negotiating skills;

  • Energy and stress management;

  • Accountability and dependability with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing commercial relationship with QA, Localization and Audio games industry clients;

  • Strong understanding of QA, Localization and Audio services’ market trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics and customer direction;

  • Experience of Language AI and/or testing automation solutions;

  • Degree or Masters in business, marketing, sales or other related field;

  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure and to deadlines;

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills;

  • Willingness to travel as required;

  • Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment;

  • Must be comfortable working at senior executive contact levels.
