IO Interactive is currently looking for a full-time Associate Producer to join our new, yet unannounced, project and IP. We are looking for a strong communicator who understands all areas of game production. As Associate Producer you will get to establish systems for planning, reporting, and controlling various aspects of production. You will work with a core, talented and passionate team of experienced developers, who just so happen to be the friendliest ones you'll ever meet.

You will report to the project’s Executive Producer and support the project's Senior Producers and Leads in all their respective fields, while bringing your passion, proactive thinking and ideas to the table.

What you will do:

  • Creating and updating project and release plans

  • Resolving cross-team dependencies

  • Controlling and reporting task progress

  • Assisting the Senior Producer in delegated areas

  • Staying in close touch with the team

  • Planning and executing workflows

Who you are:

  • You have strong communication, organization and strategic skills.

  • Experience from the video games industry.

  • Great knowledge of project management methods and software packages

  • Experience with JIRA & Confluence

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We would love it if you had:

  • Project management certifications such as Prince2, SCRUM, Kanban

  • Experience from the AAA games industry
