We are an established amateur/semi-pro esports organization building a competitive Grand Champion+ roster for the upcoming season. We want a dedicated, strategic leader to spearhead player development, build our tactical foundation, and guide our squad to a championship.

🔹 What We Need From You:

• Rank: Peak GC1 or higher preferred (exceptional tactical knowledge considered).
• Skills: Experience with 3v3 macro, replay analysis (ballchasing.com), and constructive player VOD reviews.
• Commitment: Available for weekly scrim/match days.
• Attributes: Strong communication, maturity, and a passion for developing talent.
