Position Intro:

Humble Bundle is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to help grow our digital storefront by managing all paid social channels for the business. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated, technically savvy marketer who understands e-commerce marketing, and has had experience leveraging growth tactics across multiple social media marketing channels. In this role, you would be responsible for paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, and any future channels that Humble needs to onboard. You will be charged with managing agencies to support execution on these channels, and should also be able to operate as both a strategist and tactician when it comes to deploying channel campaigns.

Join a growing marketing team tasked with helping Humble Bundle expand its influence in the gaming sector by helping customers learn about our amazing deals and the work we do with a variety of charitable partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media advertising for Humble Bundle, across all parts of the marketing funnel.

  • Provide cohesive vision between channels, and help guide subscription, product bundle launches, and Store advertising from creation to launch.

  • Understand optimization across our primary growth channels (Meta), and be able to experiment to build new growth vectors across channels like Reddit and TikTok.

  • Have a strong understanding of attribution modeling, and how it can be used to make purchasing decisions when deciding on budget allocation between platforms.

  • Monitor and report on weekly and monthly performance using a combination of platform reporting and Tableau, and conduct analysis and investigation using Excel, Tableau or SQL.

  • Work closely with email marketing, affiliate marketing, business development and other stakeholders to ensure that we are spending our budget as efficiently as possible.

  • Work with analytics to mature our attribution model(s), and determine which platforms are driving the fastest growth opportunities for Humble.

  • Own the relationship with our paid social media agency.

  • Establish and maintain ongoing updates across the business to partner stakeholders.

Required Experience:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in DTC or ecommerce-based paid marketing.

  • 6+ years of experience in paid social, specifically managing Meta Advertising. Deep understanding of account structure, bidding strategies, and targeting optimization required.

  • Experience managing monthly paid marketing budgets of over $300k required.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required.

  • Experience with attribution reporting preferred.

  • Experience with SQL and data platform tools like BigQuery preferred.

  • Familiar Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and Tableau.

  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.

  • Experience in ecommerce is a plus.

Salary Disclosure: Ziff Davis provides a range for the base pay. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000- $130,000, plus incentive compensation (for eligible roles only), 401K with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, and a flexible time off policy.
