Community & Social Media Internship

Responsibilities

• Grow organic reach and brand awareness on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook by brainstorming and creating engaging content.
• Recruit, brief, and manage KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to promote the game and reach new player groups.
• Build and grow the Discord server to keep players active and connected.
• Host and promote gaming tournaments in colleges, collaborating directly with campus teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree.
• Familiar with Instagram, YouTube, and Discord
• Basic understanding of content calendar planning.
• Passionate about gaming and cricket, with a strong interest in Gen Z digital culture.
• Comfortable using AI tools to help create content efficiently at scale.
• Strong communication skills with a self-starter attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Previous experience building online communities is a plus.
