We are looking for a passionate Product Owner who shares agility values, and in love with videogames! We need you to have good communication skills to guide our teams to their best version. Thanks to our first level team, we were able to grow very fast. Now we need a Product Owner who shares our values, humility, proactivity and transparency, and help us to reach even higher standards, developing strategic, feature Roadmaps and giving product vision to the develop team. We develop our own products, we are our own clients and we are very proud about how we achieve our goals, it is all thanks to our effort and incredible teams.

YOUR QUESTS

  • Providing product vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the product and create requirements

  • Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product

  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

  • Track and analyze product performance metrics with exceptional experience driving data-based decisions

  • Lead the team to make the best decisions

YOUR GEAR

  • 3+ years experience creating and maintaining product vision and roadmap prioritizing opportunities based on business value, and executing via incremental feature launches

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

  • Experienced in the Product Owner role within the free to play industry

  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Experience working with complete software lifecycle and software release decisions

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Expertise working directly with clients and managing stakeholders spectations
