Job Description

As a Live-ops Game Producer at Gameloft, you are responsible for driving the game development team to continuously create new game content (Mobile & consoles) to keep on entertaining the players of our live-ops game to continue its market success.

You will also represent the game development team to work closely with stakeholders in game monetization, marketing and other stakeholders concerning the game to efficiently deliver the game live-ops roadmap to keep up player retention, engagement and monetization.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead the game development team (Game Design, Art, programming, QA…) to continously create new game content (Mobile & consoles) to keep on entertaining our game players.

  • Represent the development team to collaborate with stakeholders in game monetization, marketing to contribute to the game live-ops roadmap and eventually implement it.

  • Understand the game, its players, its competitors and its performance to continuously improve the game player experience.

  • Be responsible for the team organization, work flows, planning, project documentation, follow-up and communication to ensure the team’s on time deliver.

  • Develop a relevant team culture of responsibility, collaboration, respect, diversity & inclusion, morale and engagement.

  • Responsible for team competencies development to take on the new challenges.

Qualifications

  • Previous 3 years of experience in managing teams and game development projects.

  • Passion for games, knowledge of the game industry.

  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodology and culture for the development of Agile projects.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong sense of ownership and work autonomy.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal skill.

  • Ability to do many things at once in a fast-changing and challenging environment;

  • Pro-activity to challenge the status quo and find new ways to improve things.

  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of work.

  • Advance level of English in both writing and speaking.

  • Previous experience with JIRA is an advantage.
