Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Studio Manager, Game Manager, and other team leads to define and execute the game vision.
Direct the tone, gameplay, and meta structure of the game, focusing on innovation and a thriving Free-to-Play ecosystem.
Lead the design team to ensure a cohesive experience across the game and service.
Coordinate and direct level design teams to ensure synergy between mechanics and progression.
Work with economy designers and product managers to enhance revenue through a live-ops plan.
Anticipate and mitigate threats to quality and innovation.
Build a collaborative relationship with various departments, including Art, Technology, Online, Data, Audio, and Production.
Allocate and plan resources in collaboration with managers and producers.
Participate in the recruitment process for game designers.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in game design, including lead or senior GD positions.
Released a minimum of 2 titles while serving as a lead or senior game designer.
Proficiency in game design aspects like gameplay, balancing, UI, UX, etc.
Proficient communication and leadership skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of the gaming market and trends.
Skillfulness in retaining a defined creative strategy while being open to modifications.
Adept at visual creativity with a commitment to the art of game creation.
Experience with industry tools like Jira and Trello.
Fluent in English
