Job Description
As Junior Partnership Manager your main challenge will be:
Support the global sales team in implementing the in-game campaigns with our car manufacturer partners and the partners of our partners. Examples of campaigns include esports competition, in-game billboard campaigns, synchronized IRL/in-game car releases, etc. Make sure the events are attractive for our players, and the partners are properly represented.
In addition, build and own relationships with existing and new partners – thus ensuring future dealings.
What it means on a daily basis:
Be in and out of calls and email threads with partners
Keep all internal and external stakeholders aligned on the needs for upcoming partnerships; ensure a common schedule is followed
Request, receive, store and organize all necessary assets for partnerships, from keyarts to logos
Facilitate negotiation and contract signing with partners
Work with data and analytics teams to ensure traffic and conversion tracking is in place for appropriate campaign measurements
Handle KPIs reporting both internally and with partners
Assist in forecasting potential revenue, marketing exposure, and overall ROI from partnerships campaigns
Who you will be working with:
A lot of people! This is a role which places importance on keeping stakeholders aligned, so you will have a lot of contacts. Your main role will be implementing partner campaigns and esports for Asphalt 9 along with our partnerships lead (Luis) and our licensing manager (Sergi), in support of our global sales team. You will be a member of the Asphalt 9 marketing team which is composed of 10 people, but you will also be part of the bigger Asphalt 9 game team family in the Barcelona studio. On top of that you will get to work with experts in a range of other fields (sales, legal, data protection, product...) and of course, all of our partners.
Qualifications
Who you are:
A methodical organizer who can keep on top of dozens of asset production pipelines and maintain a schedule for everyone involved
A diplomat, able to work with a large number of stakeholders inside and outside the company
And most importantly, someone who is motivated and passionate about their work!
What you need to succeed:
One prior work experience, ideally in online entertainment
Knowledge and passion for video games and e-Sports: you will need to understand the game in-depth and know what makes a good competition
Planning - Outstanding organizational skills, experience implementing processes across events and partnerships
Highly organized with a systematic approach to detail-oriented work
Team-player - coordinate the work between partners and internal teams and lead the execution of deals
Completely fluent in English
Knowledge of the e-Sports industry and its trends
