Job Description

Tasks:

As a member of our Live Ops team, you’d be setting up and learning how to balance the difficulty of seasonal events, configuring multiplayer series, season passes or any other live operation that would then go live in our game, reaching hundredths of thousands of players across the globe.

Complementary Learnings:

By being part of the team you’d also learn how different events’ balances & approaches can define player behavior, and will see how the team analyzes the game’s KPIs to plan for the Seasons ahead, as well as having access to our backlog of game design documents and a deeper understanding of how features are being defined & created.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement with a School/University.

  • Passion for videogames, and an interest for live games specifically.

  • Intermediate English level.

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.

  • Proactive and able to work independently, as well as being part of a team.

Assets

  • User level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Basic understanding of how the business and economics of mobile games work.

  • Formal education in game design related subjects.
