Job Description

Join our talented team as we embark on an uncharted gaming adventure! We're on the lookout for a Producer to contribute their skills to our Dungeons & Dragons® PC/console project. This innovative game will blend action-RPG/survival features with the unique elements of life-simulation games to redefine the genre and capture the imaginations of players worldwide.

As a true project manager, the Producer will be responsible for overseeing various production stages with the entire team in terms of budget, deadlines, and content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the Game Manager's goals are achieved and properly communicated within their teams

  • Be responsible for multiple teams and ensure follow-up on goals and deadlines to guarantee the delivery of various tasks

  • Manage tasks in relevant production tools to properly supervise their team members' work (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

  • Assist in mentoring junior production team members

  • Evaluate, analyze, and resolve issues related to project management

  • Participate in game leadership meetings for planning, scheduling, and team management

  • Conduct meetings and manage communications with internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures

Qualifications

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, computer science, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of production experience in the video-game industry

  • Experience launching a PC/console project

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Excellent organizational skills and analytical ability to deliver quality projects within strict deadlines while adhering to an established budget

  • Ability to inspire their team and resolve situations

  • Passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games
