- Oversee project tracking and workflows, maintaining accurate project plans, schedules, task assignments and progress tracking in Airtable, while continuously improving production visibility and efficiency.
- Support creative quality and delivery, ensuring briefs and assets are production-ready, feedback is clearly communicated, and final deliverables meet project requirements, creative expectations and brand guidelines.
- Improve processes and ways of working, developing documentation, templates and best practices, analysing production data, and collaborating with other Creative Project Managers to drive consistency and efficiency across teams.

- Strong collaboration: Communication with artists and key stakeholders is clear, structured, and proactive, keeping expectations aligned throughout production.
- Operational efficiency: Workflows, tools, documentation, and reporting are organised and continuously improved to increase visibility, consistency, and efficiency.
