Based in our Guildford office, you will be reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager. You will be responsible for providing support to them in undertaking a wide range of workplace/facilities administration and tasks in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • You will provide exceptional customer service by responding to a broad range of Workplace requests via email and other support tools using clear and concise information

  • Track team spending; create purchase orders; maintain all finance records and administration

  • Support the Workplace Experience team by monitoring external supplier on-site operations as required

  • Responsible for a variety of tasks related to product launches, company store, post-room, office supplies and meeting room setup

  • You will utilize previous skills to proactively resolve issues; escalating as needed

  • Apply best practice across all workplace activities and ensure adherence to company policies

  • Maintain records across a broad range of workplace related topics, ensuring accurate data is accessible to stakeholders at-all-times

  • Responsible for visitor management processes and security badge administration

  • Support small to medium scale projects and employee events (both on and off site)

Skills & Abilities

  • Service orientated; with at least 3 years previous experience in a customer facing role delivering exceptional customer service

  • The ability to rise to new situations and challenges as we navigate flexible working within an incredibly dynamic industry

  • You will have excellent planning skills; ensuring on-time delivery of work and rigorous follow up

  • Comfortable with autonomy and able to proactively manage workload to deadlines and competing demands

  • Exceptional eye for detail, completes all tasks to a high standard; generates ideas and solutions to problems

  • Good IT literacy with experience using Microsoft 365 and Google Suite tools
