The Challenge Ahead:

We are looking for developers who want to work on a large-scale distributed data system that empowers EA Games to personalize player experience and engagement.

You will be reporting to the Technical Director II of EADP Data&AI SH Team.

Responsibilities

  • You will help build a unified platform across EA, extract and process massive data from numerous game studios, and use the insight to serve massive online requests

  • You will help develop features that enhance a large-scale online platform to personalize player experience and provide reporting and feedbacks

  • You will help with deployment and operation enhancement under senior guidance

  • You will help with improving the stability and observability of the unified platform

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • 1+ years of experience with software development

  • Experience an Object-oriented language such as Java, C++ or Scala

  • Experience with scripting languages such as bash, awk, python

  • Familiar with distributed systems to serve massive concurrent requests.

  • Familiar with online & offline databases, including columnar, relational or document databases.

  • Familiar with data streaming and processing systems.
