The role
Welcome to the world of Quality Engineering where our group has one vision; to guide quality 'by design.' We are a team of accomplished software engineers applying creative solutions to challenging problems. We help produce stronger and cleaner code, reliable tools, and improve processes that lift our development and testing teams, and our games, to new heights.
As a Project and People Manager in Quality Engineering, you will lead one or more teams of software engineers on multiple game titles such as FC, F1 and WRC. You will report directly to the local Quality Engineering Development Director, working with peers and partners across the company. You can collaborate, communicate, and motivate, often across departments. Your greatest strengths are building relationships, strategic understanding, and execution. You like to be challenged and thinking about the future excites you.

You can provide solutions with a quality mindset, improving our delivery through root cause analysis, retrospectives, and the ability to really listen
You can keep partners informed and engaged across all levels, building working relationships with peers and partners, with regular communication and collaboration to meet shared goals
Qualifications
8+ years project management and team leadership experience
Expertise working within multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
You have a track-record of delivery with impact to the organization and know how to keep things moving forward
You are comfortable creating and operationalising organisational strategies
