The Growth Marketing Content Production Team plans, creates, and delivers compelling creative content to empower EA's brand go-to-market strategies across global channels. Our industry-leading expertise in computer graphics and design, VFX, storytelling and editorial, directing, and producing delivers content that represents and expands our franchise strategies, expands lore and gameplay insight, and brings call-to-action excitement to our fans and players around the world.

As a Producer, you will play an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. You will report to the Senior producer. You will guide the production of our assets from creation to deployment, by fostering close relationships with content creators and keeping in constant communication with partners.

Responsibilities

  • You will help organise and complete the production of video and design assets such as Key Art, Design systems, Video trailers, Screenshots

  • You will help create production schedules with the Senior Producer

  • You will keep track of assets and approvals in the relevant tools

  • You will liaise daily between teams, filter notes from the creative lead and other partners, ensuring team members understand the feedback and can action it promptly

  • You will approach the Senior Producer and other producers for help to solve production questions

  • You will initiate music licencing and composition requests

  • You will send assets to EA's Legal team and ESRB for pre-clearance, communicate fixes required for compliance

  • You will sync with EA's localization team to confirm on-time delivery of localization projects

  • You will source in-game assets for vendors, working with game producers to understand asset availability

Qualifications

  • Experience in design production required, additional experience in video production is a bonus (CG, animation, VFX or similar)

  • Work under time constraints and look for ways to support the team

  • Track record collaborating with developers and vendors, and ideally experience working with licensors

  • Maintain a clear overview of all content creation and delve into details when a more hands-on approach is required

  • Help teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions, understanding when to escalate issues

  • Willing to travel occasionally
