You will be reporting to the Manager II, FP&A
Provide financial analysis for Marketing & Customer Experience (CE) business - Opex
Reviewing forecasts and budgets, suggesting changes, and implementing the changes to ensure smooth forecasting
Work with us, for Marketing, CE partners on Opex spend & HC, discuss on future spend and forecast accordingly
You will Identify and lead projects to improve, standardise and automate forecasting and reporting processes
You will Work with finance partners, identify challenges on HC loads and suggesting changes – Regular catchups with different finance partners
Financial Close, Forecasting and reporting support:
Work with us, work along with finance partners to manage close timelines, process, and reporting
Responsible for month end accruals, headcount, Opex and Capex for several teams across Experience
Responsible for handling different budgets within Marketing & CE (Content, Design, Marketing Innovation etc.)
Prepare forecast decks, including commentary for leadership meetings
Ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership - Experience group
Design and implement reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to enable spend and analysis
Promote FP&A Excellence:
Manage 3+ direct reports
Identify and lead projects to improve, standardise and automate forecasting and reporting tools
Provide feedback to the team members on performance
Identify challenges in all Experience teams, streamline and automate processes to improve accuracy and reduce time
Ensure the reporting is consistent across Experience group
Academic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree required – Finance / Accounting related field.
10+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience
5+ years of experience in People Management
Demonstrated passion for growing
Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.
Emphasis on Excel (can write advanced macros) and.
Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi
