About our team: We are starting a new team composed of a mixture of veterans of EA/EA SPORTS and new talent from across industries. With some of the most valuable sports IP in the world, and the resources EA has to offer, we have access to the capabilities needed to deliver amazing new experiences for an expanded audience of players worldwide.

About the role: As key leader on the team reporting to the Executive Producer, the Live Ops Producer you will work directly with studio and product leadership, other Producers, Game Designers, and partners to help us further the growth of the game's live service. You will build relationships across EA Sports and other EA franchises to ensure that we tap into the collective talent that the world's largest independent game publisher has to offer.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage the team responsible for the game's live service program

  • You will be accountable for the top-level live service performance, collaborating with studio leaders to track holistic OKRs

  • You will lead engagement across multiple partner groups, reviewing and ideating opportunities that affect the game and performance of the live service

  • You will develop a team of Product Managers, creating an environment where they can grow and produce their best work

  • You will instill the live service strategy for the game, developing a path to growth for the product

  • You will aim for the game to exceed players' motivations, while maximizing acquisition, engagement, and monetization

  • You will use data and insights to identify and inform opportunities for product improvement

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in gaming with at 5+ in a product management / production role

  • Ideal but not required Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Marketing / Business

  • Data-driven approach, using metrics and evidence in decision-making

  • Deductive reasoning and a passion for detail

  • Engaged a broad spectrum of audiences across all levels of the organization

  • Familiar with scrum and agile development concepts.

  • Experienced in using data and insights to inform planning.
