EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic brands in entertainment – connecting hundreds of millions around the world to the sports they love through a portfolio of industry-leading video games. We are looking for a Licensing Coordinator to join us and support our teams working on some of the most recognised brands in sports and gaming, including EA Sports FC, Formula 1, WRC, and Real Racing 3.

Responsibilities

What work needs to get done:

  • You will maintain Licensing databases & records with accurate up-to-date information

  • You will set up new vendors, raise POs, submit invoices to Accounts & arrange Insurance Certificates

  • You will support the team with updating the development studio tracking documents, assist with technical research, data acquisition & storage within agreed timescales

  • You will manage all administration-related tasks, such as scanning, packaging and postage and support with any other licensing requests, such as approvals, obtaining quotations and preparing reports within expected timeframes

What you will make:

  • You will have the crucial role of keeping the licensing team records detailed and accessible

  • You will be a team player, helping achieve team goals by supporting the development studios with their licensing requirements so they can release triple A games

How success will be measured:

  • You will report your progress through regular reporting to the Director, Licensing

  • You will coordinate with internal and external partners promptly and help your team meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

Technical skills:

  • You will use MS Office packages and Purchase Order raising systems

Soft skills:

  • You are passionate and precise in your work

  • You are detail-driven and you are team player focused

Other qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administration experience

  • A linguist or second language may be beneficial, and interest in sports including racing
