EA Korea Studio, armed with its unparalleled development capability for authentic graphic and diverse content that reflects lifelike football experience, is a large development organization in which Game Designers, Artists, Software Engineers, Development Directors, and Producers work together throughout the entire game development process, from production to live service.

You will be reporting to the Line Producer

Key Responsibilities (be as descriptive as possible)

  • You will set the gameplay direction for the EA FC ONLINE series, working on developing and balancing gameplay features/systems.

  • You will regularly analyze matches played in the live service of the EA FC ONLINE series.

  • You will participate in the regular improvement and ongoing updates to gameplay for the EA FC Online series.

  • You will shape the fun offered by the FC ONLINE series' gameplay based on real-world football.

Required Skills (be as descriptive as possible)

  • You have consistent experience of directly playing FC or FC ONLINE within the last 2 years (excluding Manager Mode/Simulation).

  • You have experience playing the FC series for 2+ years.

  • You have no difficulty reading and writing in English.

  • You are able to focus when working on simple, repetitive tasks.

Preferred Skills (be as descriptive as possible)

  • You have gameplay-related work experience in FC/ FC ONLINE / football games.

  • You have experience as a professional gamer, or has analytics or commentary experience for FC / FC ONLINE / football games.

  • You are proficient in English.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in game development (in any genre or role).

  • You have experience in Gameplay design/balancing (in any genre).

  • You have experience playing games across various genre/platforms and aware of the latest games and its user trends.

  • You have interest and knowledge of football.
