At EA, we exist to Inspire the World to Play. As an Executive Assistant, reporting to the VP of Enterprise Security, you support multiple members of our leadership team. We're looking for someone with a collaborative mindset who can provide Executive, team and (Seattle, WA) on-site support.

You will provide comprehensive assistance to EAโ€™s Security leadership team, ensuring that they are always well-prepared for meetings, events, and travel. You enjoy taking ownership of complex executive schedules, coordinating meeting invites or appropriate meeting rooms, confirming agendas, and attendees. You also work with partners to arrange executive travel, process expense reports, and reconcile monthly budgets/spend. To ensure success you like to go beyond the established framework and look for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges.

Regular team support responsibilities include ordering hardware, tracking software renewals, coordinating purchase requests, and ensuring new hires are set up for success. You delight in organizing large group meetings and leadership offsite events, including arranging meeting space, ordering catering, compiling meeting agendas, and being the contact person. On-site office (Seattle, WA) support includes setting up recurring meetings, managing 3rd-party visitors for team members, and coordinating preparations for monthly all-hands presentations / newsletters.

Overall, we are looking for someone who is organized and proactive, who takes initiative and works independently to ensure that the leadership team receives the support they need to be efficient and effective.

Responsibilities Summary:

  • Provide high-quality support that anticipates needs of leadership and the team.

  • Assume full ownership of Executive schedules: Confirm meeting agendas, spaces, relevant attendees, travel, and ensure Executives are well prepared for each meeting.

  • Organize Leadership Team Meetings (tech, agenda, meeting minutes/actions, prepare presentations).

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as handling facilities and IT support requests, purchase requisitions and management of expenses.

  • Take on special projects/support.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years administration experience supporting senior level executives.

  • You work well with diverse groups of people from inside and outside our company using excellent verbal and written communications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, Google Docs, Slack and Zoom (or ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies).

  • 3+ years of experience prioritizing workflow and balancing changing priorities.
