About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving software quality to lead our Frostbite QA teams and provide Partner support in the APAC region. You will be reporting to the Development Director based in Sweden.

You are right for this role if you are passionate about solving difficult problems. You can collaborate, often across departments and with peers or partners in other parts of the business. Your greatest strengths are building relationships and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Cover all aspects of people management for your direct reports; including Hiring, Performance & Talent management.

  • Identify resourcing needs, guide and develop changes to talent, skills and practices to accomplish operational and strategic goals,

  • Collaborate across a diverse group of project leaders and development partners,

  • Foster relationships with Frostbite Engineering and other disciplines to align on Quality deliverables,

  • Work in a multi-team environment across multiple time zones,

  • Be the hands-on, strategic Engagement Partner representing the APAC region

Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years of project management or team leadership experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager

  • Experience managing and driving alignment with wide variety of stakeholders
